His starts his journey as a sous-chef at Le Notre (Thailand) from 2007-09 allowing him to enrich his experience not only French cuisine but also Thai and the arts of baking

After 2 years as a sous-chef, he followed his dream of having his own restaurant and i 2010 he introduced Extra virgin Bistro & Wine Bar to Bangkok and in its 1st year, it was awarded “Best Restaurant of The Year” from BK Magazine from then until now it still is secured in the spotlight
Recently he took his role as a consultant for PATIO, a multi-cultural / contemporary restaurant under the food giant, S&P he is now also a food columnist for DayBed magazine
